Brandon Hirsch
I'm currently doing a Plumbing Apprenticeship for a plumbing company out of Madison, WI and love what I do. I give a lot of my credit to my step father Tim, if it wasn't for him I wouldn't be hunting. Ever since the first time I stepped foot into the woods I knew this was for me and have been addicted to it since. I've hunted most of my years with Greg and he also got me into a lot more than just deer hunting. If I'm not hunting something then that means I'm probably working. Hunting isn't a hobby, it's a lifestyle!

I currently call Madison, WI home with my very understanding and beautiful wife Tori. Growing up in the suburbs of Milwaukee was not exactly an ideal hunting location. Despite this, from a very young age I spent the majority of the fall weekends on local public land learning the outdoors hunting small game with much help of my father Randy. At the age of fourteen I bought my first bow, from that moment on I became obsessed; any free time I had was spent in the woods chasing game. I took every opportunity I had to learn unique techniques that have helped me harvest public land trophies all while enjoying time away from the city life. I have been fortunate enough to harvest a couple of nice bucks, turkeys and numerous geese throughout my years. I don't plan on stopping the pursuit anytime soon!

Greg Haak
I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2009 and I Currently live in Poynette, WI. I majored in Wildlife Ecology and Management and I currently work for the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources raising pheasants for public hunting. I was born and raised in Belleville, WI where I helped my folks on the family farm and spent as much time outdoors as possible. I started hunting when I was 14 years old with my uncle and I have been hooked ever since. If there is a season open, I'm probably chasing it.

Like my fellow pro staffers I also graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point in 2009 with a degree in Business. I now currently am in the 2nd year of running my own Dairy Hoof Trimming Business. I currently live in my home town Chilton, WI where I also help my parents on the family farm. I come from a family that never really hunted much and the only hunting I use to do was gun hunting, until i went off to school and met my roommates, Greg, Mark, and my other pro staffers. I now have grown to love goose hunting and just last year started to bow hunt. The first time I went bow hunting I was hooked and now I'm obsessed with the sport. I'm by no means a pro and have yet to harvest a buck with a bow but I hope to grow with the sport and share with you my experiences.

I am a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point with a Wildlife Management Degree. During the hunting season I try to be out in the field at every opportunity that I can. It doesn't matter whether it is hunting Canadas in the fields, calling ducks through the flooded timber or chasing snow geese in the spring. It’s an obsession that continues to grow. When I am not hunting I am competing in sporting clay tournaments throughout the United States and I have been fortunate enough to be on the U.S. Shooting team in 2004 for the World Championships in England.. I have also been able to compete in the ESPN Great Outdoor Games for a few years and was able to take home a Silver Medal. When I am in the field hunting I count on Bill Saunders Calls time in and time out to put the birds right where I want them.

I recently graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point with a degree in Wildlife Management. I currently am a wildlife technician for the Wisconsin DNR. I love the outdoors and have been hunting since I was 12. I started with squirrels and worked my way up to white-tails. There never seems to be enough time in the fall for me to hunt all the species I want. Most of the time I try to hunt waterfowl in the morning and bow hunt for deer in the afternoon. Spring is time for snood smacking and suck face sticking (a.k.a. turkey hunting and bowfishing).
Randy "Brown" Mitchell
My name is Randy “Brown” Mitchell. I’m married to Katey who is a very understanding and fantastic wife and my best friend. I have three great kids, two step-kids, two son-in-laws, a future daughter-in-law, two grand-sons (future hunters?) and a step-grandson. I’ve worked for the same company for almost 40 years and am a new product estimator, die designer and EDM programmer. I’m a firm believer that people should work to live and not live to work and as such I look forward to the time spent with my family and being outside hunting.
I started hunting 45 years ago and had to learn everything by reading books, (this was pre-cable TV and internet sites) by talking with friends but mostly by trial and error. I went through a period when I sold all my gun deer stuff and “gave it up” for a bunch of years. I started bow hunting and have been hooked since. I still haven’t gotten a deer with the bow, but think this will be my year. Between bow hunts, we hunt small game and just last year I started goose hunting and harvested my first goose ever. I hope that I’ll be able to share what I’ve learned over the years and let you in on the Randy “Brown” story.
I heard something a few years ago that makes a lot of sense. “Teach your kids to hunt, and you’ll never have to hunt for your kids”. That’s some good advice for parents.

Mark Ripp
I was born and spent most of my early years in Florida but since moving to southern Wisconsin I have come to love the woods and waters of the Midwest. Currently I live in Barneveld, WI with my Chocolate lab named Smokey and work as a mechanic at Sloan Implement. From the earliest days growing up in Florida until now, spending time in the outdoors has always been a part of my life. I can credit both of my grandfathers for introducing me to hunting and fishing and instilling in me a deep respect for the animals that we chase. My main focus is on bowhunting whitetails and turkeys but I enjoy just about any season I can get a tag for. 365 days a year. Live it. Love it. Pass it on.
